The key between worlds

Some doors are not meant to be forced.

They reveal themselves when the time is right, when we are ready to step beyond what is familiar and trust what calls to us from the unknown.

This painting grew from the idea that every journey begins with a choice. A key hanging beneath the moon, an ancient doorway hidden amongst wildflowers, and the quiet knowing that there is more waiting beyond the threshold.

The spiral woven into the key represents the path of becoming; not a straight road, but a sacred unfolding. Every twist and turn bringing us closer to ourselves.

Created in acrylic with touches of sparkle and moonlit magic, this piece forms part of my developing oracle collection inspired by nature, spirit, and the wisdom found in the wild places between worlds.
