Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

  • Original artwork, commissions, and live sale orders may require additional preparation time
  • During busy periods, seasonal launches, or live sale events, dispatch times may be slightly longer

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you directly where possible.


UK Shipping

Rachel Beams Art currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and type of order.

Orders are usually sent via tracked postal or courier services where appropriate.


Original Artwork Shipping

Original paintings are packaged carefully using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit.

Larger or framed artworks may require additional packaging and shipping time to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking details will be provided where available.


Live Sale Orders

Live sale claims may occasionally be combined into one shipment where appropriate.

Please ensure all payment deadlines are met to avoid delays in dispatch.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 working days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Postal delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Bank holidays
  • Courier service disruptions

Rachel Beams Art cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have been handed to the shipping provider.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Rachel Beams Art is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply before resending.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible in opening an investigation with the shipping provider.

Please allow reasonable timeframes before reporting a parcel as lost, especially during busy postal periods.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Rachel Beams Art within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Local Collection

If local collection becomes available for certain products or events, this will be clearly stated at checkout or during live sales.


Made-to-Order Artwork

Some paintings or commissioned pieces may be created after purchase rather than being immediately available for dispatch.

Where this applies, estimated painting and processing times will be discussed directly with the customer before work begins or before the order is confirmed.

As each piece is painted by hand, timelines may vary depending on size, complexity, and current workload. Rachel Beams Art will always communicate clearly regarding expected completion and shipping times.
