Rachel Beams Art sells:

All artwork is created and presented as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screens and lighting, colours may vary slightly in person.

As many items are handmade or original, minor imperfections, texture differences, and brushstroke variation are considered part of the artistic process and not faults.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before items are dispatched.

For live sale claims, payment is expected within the timeframe stated during the sale. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the claim and refusal of future live sale purchases.

Commissions

Commission slots are limited and handled individually.

By purchasing a commission, you agree that:

  • Artistic style and interpretation remain at the artist’s discretion
  • Small variations from references or expectations are part of original hand-painted artwork
  • Commission payments may be non-refundable once work has begun

Rachel Beams Art reserves the right to decline commission requests that fall outside the artist’s style, values, or capacity.

Shipping

Orders are packaged carefully and dispatched within the stated processing timeframe where possible.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Rachel Beams Art is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Weather
  • Customs or courier issues
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
